Text worked very well because I am on the phone at work all day and I can't take too much time to be answering phone calls. Since she started the process with me, even when things were not looking good, she did not discourage me and instead, she helped me not drop the ball and keep at it. She then texted me and asked me to go pick my vehicle, and when I got there, asked me to pick a color. To me it was a huge deal as I have always gotten what's available and never have been able to just pick. I am now enjoying the vehicle I picked and was able to drive out of the lot that same night. Mike Severino (sales person) contacted me by text and email immediately after using the site for an inquiry. Parking was available and easy to access. Walkways were unobstructed. Greeting and assistance was given immediately upon entrance to the dealership building. I was seated and offered a couple different things to drink by Devon. I asked Duric for Mike, and he appeared for introduction only moments later. Mike shows as an easygoing, positive, well dressed and groomed young man. We talked about what I was looking for and we went to the lot forthwith. Mike is very knowledgeable with all the vehicles we looked at and spoke about in the lot. He was patient and asked me questions as though he knew how to fine tune my search for just the right car for me. Mike came across as very intuitive and his sales abilities are excellent, considerate and pressure-less. I made my decision easily after a couple of test drives and the remainder of the purchase process went seamlessly with Anas Lazaar. It's amazing how fast a couple of hours goes by when there isn't any stress. Mike and everyone that worked with my purchase made is simply effortless and enjoyable.
