I was trying to purchase a vehicle from them online and text. No dealer got back me so I contacted the text #. They said I had to call the sales department. I did but could only leave a message. Waiting room kind of tacky. They don't put any money in to it. Hard to get into. Chuck was good as a service advisor. Car was done as expected. Convoluted check in with color co They don't put any money in to it. Hard to get into. Chuck was good as a service advisor. Car was done as expected. Convoluted check in with color coded service advisors. not really the personal touch, but, once you run the gauntlet it seems to work. The Korean car dealers seem to be on a race to the bottom. Oh, did I mention, dead xxxx roach on the floor of the waiting room. I guess it was a plus that it was dead. More
Horrible experience, went in to purchase 2022 Kia K5 GT line (premium package) which MSRP is $31,630. The sales man told me the K5 would be $38k with premium package. That’s a $6k markup and he told me tha line (premium package) which MSRP is $31,630. The sales man told me the K5 would be $38k with premium package. That’s a $6k markup and he told me that I would not find a dealership that would sell me a 2022 K5 GT line for MSRP. They offered $8000 for my used car and I was putting $6000 down so I can have an affordable car payment. When the car finally arrived at the dealership the numbers changed. They said my trade in was not worth $8k so they dropped the trade in to $6,500. They handed me a sheet that shows the starting price at $38,985 but then added lux care for $1,595 they had added accessories for $1,195 added $264 other fees (idk what this is) $900 dealership fee $250 document fee $5 waste??? Really, and tax. To sum everything up they wanted to charge me $45k. Idk how we go from Kia.com MSRP $31k to $45k but a Kia K5 GT line is not worth $45k. When I asked to remove some of the extra add on’s I was told they couldn’t do that. When I asked to dropped down the sale price they said they couldn’t do that. I am trading a car and putting $6k down and they still trying to over charge me and basically take my money. I walked away from the deal and asked for my money back and my car. I got my money and car back but now they can’t find my second key fob to my Nissan Pathfinder. It’s been 7 days and they still have not return my key fob. I’ve called, emailed, text and visited the dealership and they are playing games with me and no one is taking my missing key fob serious. Please don’t deal with this dealership More
I reported this fraudulent dealership to the BBB, the Florida Attorney General, and the FTC. I'm hoping my review will stop someone else from repeating the mistakes I made in trusting the Greenway Kia sa Florida Attorney General, and the FTC. I'm hoping my review will stop someone else from repeating the mistakes I made in trusting the Greenway Kia sales, management, and service teams. The salesman promised a remote start feature when I put down a 5K deposit on a new car. When the car came in, I pointed out the feature was not on the car. I was prepared to leave the car on the lot when the salesman assured me I could access remote start via the Kia Access app. I found out two days later this was a lie. We've tried many avenues to get Alberto, the GM, to make things right. They continue to promise solutions that don't exist (such as installing remote start in the infotaintment system, which again, is not compatible with my model), have refused to offer a refund, and have since ceased communication with us. They also registered the car under a nonexistent license plate. I will now be reporting to Florida Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. More
I reached out to the dealership and spoke through text with Athena Figueroa at 3:57pm. Athena advised me that the vehicle was there and available and asked that we come in. I explained that we are over 1. with Athena Figueroa at 3:57pm. Athena advised me that the vehicle was there and available and asked that we come in. I explained that we are over 1.5hrs away and I would like to get the financing and everything figured out prior to making the trip. The credit application was completed and sent in around 4pm. I asked repeatedly for the numbers, sent my trade info which is also a Kia financed through Kia, and terms of the financing. All I was told was that the loan was approved and she was not permitted to provide me any confidential information over the phone; it had to be done in person. At 6:30pm I contacted the dealership and spoke with her and again explained that if the payment did not work I was not wasting their time or mine. She again refused to provide me any of this "confidential" information. I asked to speak to a manager. Within a few seconds a female answered she did not provide her name. I explained the situation again and I was told: Ma'am we will not give you any of that information you have to come in here first to get it. This vehicle is going to sell fast so I suggest you get here quickly. I explained we are over an 1.5hrs away and I will not put the mileage on the trade or bring my kids out unless I feel comfortable with moving forward; and the information is not confidential it is based off of my credit application and without this information the dealership would be losing a sale. Her reply "It doesn't matter what you do this vehicle is going to see with or without you coming so do what you want". I was shocked and asked why they do not value customers especially if one is willing to travel and again her reply "We don't need your business we are doing just fine this vehicle is going to sell and I hope it's before you get here" and hung up. I called back and asked to speak to the manager - I spoke with Nada who stated she is the assistant manager but according to the website she is just an internet sales associate. She apologized and stated they do not run credit until the customer is in the building. She stated that based on the soft pull and seeing a loan through kia she was certain that it could be completed and that is why I was told I was approved. She assured me that everything would be taken care of Saturday evening and they would stay late to ensure it was completed. We left home at 7:15pm. While enroute there was a major accident that put us behind. I texted Athena and I was told "everyone left for the night there is no one out here". I was absolutely appalled! I should have realized the red flags from the beginning and as I googled the dealership and saw pages and pages of negative reviews I understand why. This dealership is giving Kia a very bad name. They lied and said the load was approved when in fact they did not even attempt to structure a deal or submit to financing. Besides being lied to and treated awful we could have been at another dealership signing but when I reached out Sunday the vehicle had sold. More
If I could give less that * I would. Salesman Chris If I could give less that * I would. Salesman Chris deals in lies and subterfuge. It was agreed I was putting $1000 down. When I get through to doi If I could give less that * I would. Salesman Chris deals in lies and subterfuge. It was agreed I was putting $1000 down. When I get through to doing the finance - they had also used just under $3000 gap insurance refund. So in actual fact I was putting down just under $4000 Then the finance guy talked me into buying 100k bumper to bumper protection as KIA’s warranty is for drivetrain only. When I get home I found the manufacturers sticker which confirms KIA actually have a 60k bumper to bumper warranty as standard. LIES LIES LIES GREAT VEHICLES BUT DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP More

The staff Darren, Diego and the so called manager who sat slump in his seat to have a conversation with me suck. Darren called my phone around 9am on Tuesday to respond to my inquiry from autotrader. I asked slump in his seat to have a conversation with me suck. Darren called my phone around 9am on Tuesday to respond to my inquiry from autotrader. I asked if he can provide pictures of the suv. Darren asked when can I come see the suv. Advised I live out of state and would be traveling to make this purchase so I definitely want to see some pictures. He started the vehicle was available and being serviced. He stated he'll get some pictures and text them to me. Confident and excited, I said ok and went on about my day. Its now 4pm no word from Darren, I call the dealership and ask for Darren and the pictures. The internet salesperson (a lady) stated the car was being cleaned and she'll text them to me, I said ok. No pictures sent or posted on the company's website. I still decided to travel down on Wednesday. I arrived at the dealership at 11:15 am. The internet salesperson today said she'll have Darren meet me. I said for what? He have not kept his word, he did not send any pics nor has he followed up with me. So here comes Diego. Diego retrieves the suv from across the street. The car was dirty! Kids toy cars still in the car, some face mask in a storage compartment, engine compartment dirty, the inside was just the worst. I still opted to test drive the suv. I asked three times if the price was negotiable and Diego said yes. Began the paperwork and now the price not negotiable. And a $995 dealer fee and $1,595 Luxcare fee. I asked what is the Luxcare fee? Diego said its paint protection and it's applied to every car sale. So I asked if that's the case why is the car being shown to me dirty and and has visible scuff marks that can be taken care of. I advised Diego that Darren knew I was coming within 24 hours. He couldn't answer. Diego still pushing thinking I'm concerned about payments as in already had my financing in order he stated he can match or make it better. I advised him I wasn't interested in that and I was unhappy with what he was doing I was going to call my finance company and ask if this was part of the process because initially I was told just go in sign and be done. Diego step away and go talk to the slouching manager. He comes back with a $500 discount and the Luxcare fee still in the paperwork and the dealer fee and all the documents to close the deal . Advised I'm not on-board with paying that Luxcare fee while the car is dirty and I'm definitely not sign to buy a dirty car. Diego takes me over to see the slouching manager. I voiced my same concern. The slouching manager said they were not going to clean the car. Stated he was not going to have it cleaned to sit on the lot in case of rained and so on. I said you want me to sign a purchase contract on a dirty car? He just looked. It was someone sitting next to him giving him the side eye which lead me to believe he was lying about the Luxcare fee. I stated we are going to lunch and we'll be back. Once the car is clean we can see what we can do. The slouching manager did not show any empathy or enthusiasm for my business. We left and drove to Jacksonville FL to purchase another suv. While enroute to Jacksonville FL. Darren text me "Hi Al were you going to come back to complete your purchase?" At first I wasn't going to respond but I did. I stated "I'm not paying for Luxcare when the car has visible cosmetic markings on it." Darren responded "So if we called it something else and the price was the same we would have a deal?" My response was "You said its protection for the paint. So if you list it as something else how is that going to help me when I need to make a warranty claim? " After my respons Darren have not responded. I sent two my text asking for a response. Still no response. Needless to say I'm highly disappointed with this staff and my entire interaction with this company as a whole at this point. Thanks Greenway Kia West for an awful experience. And I have the text to show my communication with Darren. More
