Turned my key fob with a padlock key and a small medallion attached. When vehicle returned did not notice these 2 articles not attached. When asked they seemed more interested in them leaving a cust medallion attached. When vehicle returned did not notice these 2 articles not attached. When asked they seemed more interested in them leaving a customers key in my car then my missing items. They just blew me off and were like “Oh Well”. Only will go back because of service contract but make sure I take everything off my key fob next time. More

Came in for a new key bc mine broke, ended up having my car sitting there for almost 3 weeks because wrong part kept getting delivered. Agreed on a $400 price to get a new key and then was first told they car sitting there for almost 3 weeks because wrong part kept getting delivered. Agreed on a $400 price to get a new key and then was first told they couldn’t figure out how to program a fob and Tony offered me to trade in my car (which is ridiculous). Then he tells me he got the key fob to work (the buttons didn’t though) but it would be $800. Spoke to the manager and the best price he could offer me was over $600 after we agreed on $400 for the key initially and that my car had been there for over 3 weeks. Communication was absolutely horrendous as I would have to reach out for ANY updates. Ended up going to a different dealership. Spent over $600 on Ubers over that 3 week span and it seemed there was no urgency or care for my situation. Other dealership was able to get the key done THE SAME DAY. Also asked for an oil change when I brought the car in and that wasn’t even on file. Disappointed overall. More
