Car had already been there almost 24hrs with no call. I had to keep calling. Tony never acknowledged me my husband had to come in and they acknowledged him like he wasn't even with me. More

Awful service Dep. Full of liar. After 3 months with my vehicle I looked back to check a noise from th muffler plus a problem with the suspension on the passenger side. Long story short It took five visits to the shop and a nice show on sales room with the dealer manager to get this mother...*** to get my attention. Since never order the part needed. Also untill today I have problem with suspension that they said that nothing is grong with it. My next step is going to the news. Their excuses for not to fix the problem is that they ar a kia dealer and my vehicle is a nissan. xxxxed why do you have nissan in your lot with a for sale+guaranty sign. More

Fast, Professional, Courteous I was an hour late to my appointment and they were so friendly and understanding. I got there and was greeted immediately.
