It was frustrating to not hear back from a Kia staff member about putting on the tire. We had the Kia van there for 5 days because we could not get a hold of anyone. I was having one of our fleet vehicles serviced for three recalls. Mr. Jesse was so pleasant to deal with and very thorough. Mr. Jesse called when the service was complete.
