The service I had done here at Greenway Kia West was a top tier experience! I brought my car in for some basic maintenance and a oil change replacement. These techs don't waste no time, they had the job done less than an 1hr. I was impressed, the car felt perfect while driving! David my Service Advisor was super thorough and chill. Dropped my daughter's Kia Sorento off for a seat repair (seat would not move back) and plugs/coil replacement. Could not get in touch with a service advisor for a week, no call backs nothing. The mechanic who was working on the vehicle had an emergency which required him to miss work and the service advisor did not inform me the Sorrento was going to be late which I fully understand as family emergencies are unavoidable, however he did inform me of the additional amount of money it would take to fix a vacuum leak. Long story short no contact for a week, no progress on repairs, had to swing by in person and talk with the service manager before receiving any response, and was not comfortable with the service department even working on the vehicle. We agreed to adjust the seat to my daughter's height when the vehicle was ready. When I received word over ten days past the promise date the car was ready for pickup (had dealership halt repairs to get the Sorrento back in a timely manner and the outrageous quotes) my daughter and I left our jobs early, gave the service department a heads up we we're on our way and confirmed that the seat could be adjusted. We show up and are informed the seat could not be adjusted, went on ahead and payed for the diagnostic. The Sorrento was running worse than when we dropped it off, there were branches on the vehicle, the seat was not put back together, outside vehicle was dirty, and oil was low. Manager states don't know where that branch came from we don't have trees like that, guess he didn't look up. There was no care, consideration or competance present with anyone at the Service department. Do not have your KIA worked on by Greenway KIA west, anywhere but there. Totally unprofessional and a waste of time and money. More

The dealership is unable to perform any real maintenance on weekends. They are only open until 4 pm on Saturdays and have told me all they really are staffed for is oil changes Brought my car in because e on weekends. They wanted to charge TWO separate diagnostic fees of roughly $250 each, which would be applied to the repair. They told me it was because the lights were from 2 different systems and they had to take each system apart to figure out the issues. I asked if they didn't’ just hook it up to a computer to find the problem. I was told if That’s all it took, everyone would just to to Discount Auto. I went home and calked Claremont Kia. They wanted one fee of $170 to do the diagnoses. Service rep said it was no big deal cause your already hooked to the computer. I will not go back to a Greenway Kia again. I bought 5 Kias from them over the years. Their inability to service cars on weekends always annoyed me. Now I feel they tried to gouge me on the diagnostic and lied about the process. More

I was told I could not drive up to get service, I had to make an appointment. I made an appointment two weeks ago. I made the appointment for 12:40. I was told it would be two to two an a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I had to have them check a few other things (window, trunk latch). They told me it would be longer. I don't remember how long they said. Five hours later and I am still at the dealership. There were at least six other people, complaining about the same thing. They are extremely short staffed and over booked. When I complained about whats the point of appointments, if its going to take two to three plus hours, just for an oil change and tire rotation. There were a few people who came in after me and left after me. They told me when I bought my car there was car service and shuttle service. When I made my appointment, they told me they only have shuttle service within a five radius. The sales department salesman lied to me and manipulated me too with multiple things. They manipulate you into obtaining a service package, which then makes you obligated to go. More
