We did have a couple of bumps in our overall process but when Marshell and Woody found out about it they contacted us immediately and corrected the problem. Can't ask for much more than that. You find out the true character of a place when there is a problem. Everything is all pretty and shiny at first, it's how they act when something goes wrong that you get to see reality. The reality here is that they will work and work quickly to make the customer happy. They care. A huge difference here was that we never felt that Marshell (our sales rep) was rude or pushy. He never got aggravated with our requests to look at another car even though we looked a different types of cars. He put a lot of effort to figure out what we needed then went and got it. I would recommend anyone to work with Marshell when buying a new or used car. He really knows all the details about the cars and won't quit until he finds you what you want. We are very happy with our 'new to us' car. More

And then the salesman I dealt with was a wonderful human being. His name is Teddy Frye. Rock was great! My husband and I purchased a 2016 Kia Optima . Rock was our salesperson , he was outstanding .
