I called around and visited several dealerships before I went to Gregg Young. A lot of the sales people were pushy and seemed to just want my money. They didn't seem to care about what I wanted or needed just and tried to rush me into a decision to get a paycheck. My husband and I went to Gregg Young and everyone there was friendly and patient. Jonathon Gunderson was our sale person and he was genuinely caring and attentive to our needs and wants. We didn't give him much to work with as our credit is not good and we needed low payments also. We really thought it would be hopeless and unlike other car dealers, Jon and the team there were honest with us upfront about our credit and our chances of approval. We spent the entire day at the dealership while Jon worked hard to get us a lender. He spent his entire day helping us and it seemed to mean more to him than just another car sale. On Saturday,my daughter and I stopped in to look for a new vehicle for her. We weren't sure exactly what we wanted, but we had a few ideas and thought we would just look. Jonathan approached us in the parking lot and right away from our initial conversation, we knew we had found the right salesman for us. We could tell right away that Jonathan cares about his customers-- not just the sale. He took the time we needed to sit down and go through a number of vehicles available which met our criteria. During this whole process, he genuinely was committed to finding the right vehicle for us. Not once did we feel pressured or pushed to buy something. Within probably 20 minutes, we had narrowed our search down to 3 vehicles which were all very good options. It was during the test drive that our daughter identified the right fit for her. Levi, in financing, was also very pleasant to deal with as well. He was very thorough and easy to work with. We drove away not only with a great vehicle, but with a great experience. When we need another vehicle, Jonathan will be the first person we call. I went to buy a Car however the requested price they had online was 14,900. They marked it up to 16992 and sold it too me claiming it had been discounted, when in fact they marked it up. I had been driving around a 1994 Nissan Maxima since I was a senior in high school (I am a sophomore in college now) and it kept having problems every other week. I went in to see Jonathan and told him what I was looking for. Since I am currently pregnant, I wanted a reliable vehicle that had plenty of room for a child and was going to be a smooth ride. After looking at one car that was a little above my price range, we found a great 2006 Pontiac G6 that was perfect for me! The car exceeded my expectations. We got the car at a good price that was affordable for me and I knew would be reliable.
