Bought a 2016 Ram from this dealership. Engine light was on within 2 weeks of purchase. Was charged $200 to diagnose and $5000 cost to repair. I called yesterday 3 times to see if I can further mitigate the issue and was told each time the manager was busy and that I would hear back. No return calls. This dealership is not customer centric focused. They tried to sell me a car with a known defect. Second battery defect on a 4xE showing as an engine light on symptom. The dealership was going to fix but they never game an ETA for fixing. All paper work was done so I was out of luck. I had to buy a different Jeep that cost me more money. I noticed the check engine light was on when I took the Jeep out for a test drive. The sales manager who was with me on the test drive said the check engine light would be quick to fix and said he would Jeep out for a test drive. I told them to get the basic information to run my credit so I can come back in the morning after I cleaned out my truck. Gresham Jeep proceed to do the paperwork and had me sign the paperwork last night. I told the sales manager I had not eaten and he continued with the paperwork. I got a text this morning saying the Jeep is on the schedule to get looked at today and he would get back to me on the status. I wasted my whole day waiting for an ETA on delivery. It is now after hours and no word on ETA. I think that is poor customer service. I would have been fine if he set the expectation of late day or even tomorrow. I wasted my whole day waiting for his call. I had golf round in the afternoon and dinner plans that I cancelled because of this. This is NOT GOOD customer service. More
