On top of that -- Nathan and his Sales Manager Ryan had to work diligently to secure the make and model of the car we wanted, it was no easy task. I appreciated their effort because there is very limited inventory of the model we were looking for - 2017 Outback 3.6R. Their dedication to track, secure, and place on hold the car we wanted was unprecedented. We only had to wait for 5 days! I was also impressed by their team work and Ryan the Sales Manager desire to help his sales associate succeed and provide the resources to deliver a positive customer service experience. Del Steckman, the salesman that was key in selling me the vehicle, was the best part of the experience. I wanted to specifically give HIM my business. He was laid back and advocated for me to the powers that be in final sales decisions. I would specifically recommend Del to anyone purchasing a vehicle from Groove. I was somewhat disappointed in the low value initially placed on my trade-in, as I had done my research prior to visiting Groove in order to request a reasonable trade-in value (KBB) and be educated on a price that was reasonable and fair. This portion of the experience had a quasi-condescending feel. Otherwise, the rest of the experience was acceptable and went as expected. I was ultimately able to obtain my goal vehicle. Outstanding Customer Service! On 5 seperate visits with the Heuberger Dealership in CoSprings, over a 3-month period, I tried to learn more information about the different Outback/ On 5 seperate visits with the Heuberger Dealership in CoSprings, over a 3-month period, I tried to learn more information about the different Outback/Forrester models. Every time that I entered the dealership the majority of their representatives sat around at desks playing on their phones, some even spun their chairs out of boredom, but except for the lady at the front desk no one else felt the need to worry about incoming costomers. Not one of the rep knew the vehicles specs and could not answer any of my questions regarding either Subaru Models. I had a different rep every time I tried again to find out more on seperate visits to Heuberger. I never owned or looked at Subaru vehicles before so I had lots of questions. The Heuberger reps even mentioned that they are not used to questions since their cars sell on their own, so in-deph knowledge about what their selling is not needed. When the rep realized that I was not ready to sign a contract for what he pushed on me, the rep just walked off to the next customer! Absolutely no customer service skills at Heuberger! I decided to contact and drive to Groove in Denver. All Groove reps were busy taking care of their customers. None of the Groove reps were sitting around looking bored or playing on their phones! At Groove, at least one rep is always standing at the door to hold it open when you come in or are leaving. My family and I received full attention and First class customer service from Jeremy. Jeremy answered all my questions, went out of his way in every aspect to make sure all questions or concerns were fully addressed! Jeremy had outstanding knowledge of all vehicles and models asked about! I purchased my vehicle with Jeremy because of the First ClassCustomer Service and excellent knowledge Jeremy has, and will recommend Jeremy and Groove Subaru to all of my friends in Colorado Springs. Every mile driven to Grove Subaru in Denver from CoSprings was well worth it! More
