This dealerships gives you the run around. I went there multiple times and each time left with another story from someone else. They don't give you proper information and no one ever gives you the same answer. They make you wait and their customer service is AWFUL!

My Review of Grossinger City Autoplex:
My service experience has been like dealing to a bunch of monkeys. Every person I talk to has no idea about the status of my repair - a simple screen replacement (under warranty) in a Prius. The one girl I do eventually talk to each time continually asks me when I'd like to bring the car in. I then have to remind her they've had my car for the last 5 days, and they don't even have a record of it.

My part came in this morning at 8 a.m., which I only found out when I called to enquire. It's now 6 p.m. and the tech has gone home for the day, without fixing the car which would've taken 1 hour by their estimate. The girl again asked when I'd like to bring my car in - that explains why the car still isn't done, 10 hours after the part came in.

I'll do my damndest to never use Grossinger Service again no matter HOW close they are to where I live.

these guys worked the deal worked me over and took advantage of me. when my financing fell through instead of making a deal and maybe offering another car that would fit my budget i was talked around and over if my boyfriend hadn't along i would have been sapped with a 17,900 car 24% interest and almost 500 on a note. i was scared and unaware that car salesmen were such slime. they acted so nice but in my heart i knew something was going very wrong but i'm in the rebuilding process and they tried to take advantage. always know your out the door price the monthly will work itself out always know your final price!

I have a bad experience with this dealership because I wanted to inquire or gather some information and took us like 4 hours of knowing and they tried to force us to make a deal which I was only asking what was the scenario. Finally he asked the manager to give us a good deal exchange for the trade in. They were inhuman I would say because the treatment they gave us not considering my wife was hungry and they try hold us to wait for sales since they got our keys for our car. So we waited but it wasnt worth it . It was a nightmare experience as a customer will have.

My Review of Grossinger City Autoplex:
My wife and I both bought our cars here...before we were married. We both had terrible sales experiences and service experiences. For one, they lied about the sticker price on my car. Also, their sales representative took me out on a test drive and couldn't stop swearing. <br><br>While performing a 30,000 mile service on my car, they improperly rotated my uni-directional tires causing them to wear unevenly and blow a few months later. I tried several times to call them (The Service Manager, Robert Duxmer), however he never called me back. <br><br>I would steer clear of this dealership...they are absolute crooks.
