I or my family have purchased nine vehicles from Gullo Toyota or Mazda in the last 28 years. I have always felt that I was treated fairly until recently. Lately it seems you are more interested in my wall Toyota or Mazda in the last 28 years. I have always felt that I was treated fairly until recently. In the past I have not had the best experience with Spencer. This time I requested to be with Allen because he is usually the advisor that ends up having to help me anyways. Upon my arrival he was busy Spencer. This time I requested to be with Allen because he is usually the advisor that ends up having to help me anyways. Upon my arrival he was busy, I totally understand… however, the lady running the floor had me speak with Spencer… he was kind and got me taken care of but it was still frustrating. The mechanic and Allen were great and communicated clear and well. The guys on the service drive are great and hustle. Upon pick up, the service drive was very busy, again I understand, however I didn’t even get a complimentary car wash even though Morgan confirmed it was part of the service. Frustrated again! More
