I’ve been complaining about the squeaking sound in the driver’s seat since my first service, yet after this second service, nothing has changed. This is unacceptable. Terrible service by Joel, he kept me waiting both times I was there. When I went to pick up my car at his service desk no one knew where he was I waited over 10 minutes till the manager himself helped me out was there. When I went to pick up my car at his service desk no one knew where he was I waited over 10 minutes till the manager himself helped me out and personally got my car and brought it to me. The next day my car’s seatbelt sensor was beeping so I had to take it back to the dealer to have it checked and they had no record of my car being there for just a simple recall appointment, they had to go look for the paperwork that wasn’t even put it by the service provider Joel. More
