Thanks to Wendy, the service manager? , she understood my frustrations with my previous failed attempts to resolve my issues under warranty She was astute enough and wise enough to all , she understood my frustrations with my previous failed attempts to resolve my issues under warranty She was astute enough and wise enough to allow her mechanics to attempt resolving issue out of warranty.
