My Review of Hagerstown Honda:
I have had so many issues with the service department at Hagerstown Honda. I bought a brand new 2008 Accord loaded and the power door locks have went out, the engine had issues at start up and now the steering column went bad. The service department replaced the bearings and called and said the car was fixed. I drove over to Hagerstown Honda (about 30 minutes), got into my car and the steering wheel moves side to side and all around in the locked position. I could have died if I drove this car home on the interstate.

My Review of Hagerstown Honda:
We have been looking for a new Odyssey for 5 months. Brandon kept me up to date on all the monthly incentives. We shopped other dealers and left very frustrated. I called Brandon and told him what I was looking for and that it would be very hard for me to drive from Fredericksburg, VA due my work schedule. He called me back with a rock bottom price that know one could even touch and offered to drive the mini-van to my house. This was the best purchase ever and I did not have to leave home to do it. We signed the papers in my drive way. Brandon is the best and I am the happiest customer in the world. It is wonderful to know that there is a car dealership out there that really cares about and listens to their customer. Hagerstown is an excellent dealership if you are looking for service, experience, knowledge, excellence and pure joy in purchasing a new car. We will be back and I even look forward to buying again in the future.

THIS IS OUR 4TH ACCORD FROM HAGERSTOWN HONDA AND AGAIN I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE. THIS DEALERSHIP IS 1ST CLASS AND WE TELL EVERYONE IN OUR AREA TO SHOP THERE.

UPON OUR ARRIVAL, BRANDON MET US RIGHT OUTSIDE THE SHOWROOM. HE HAD THE BLACK 2009 ACCORD WAITING FOR US TO TEST DRIVE. MY HUSBAND IS A COACH AND HAD BASEBALL PRACTICE UNTIL 2:00 ON SATURDAY. WE DROVE A LITTLE OVER AN HOUR AND ARRIVED AROUND 3:30. AFTER THE TEST DRIVE BRANDON PULLED UP THE SCREEN AND SHOWED US ALL THE NUMBERS. WE TALKED WITH HIM AND TOLD HIM WHAT WE NEEDED TO MAKE THE DEAL. HE SPOKE WITH HIS MANAGER, CAME BACK WITH A SMILE AND WHAT WE NEEDED TO HEAR. WE THEN TALKED TO MATT AND HE ALSO WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND TOOK CARE OF FINDING US THE BEST INTEREST RATE. HE TOOK CARE OF ALL THE DETAILS. WE LEFT THE DEALERSHIP AT 6:00, DRIVING MY BEAUTIFUL NEW CAR. THE SERVICE DEPT. HAD IT SPARKLING. I LOVED IT ON SATURDAY AND I'M STILL LOVING IT TODAY.

I LOVE AND TRUST MY HONDA. I HAVE NEVER OWNED ONE VTHAT LET ME STRANDED. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING ANOTHER MAKE.

My Review of Hagerstown Honda:
I have always been afraid to venture onto a car lot out of fear of getting ripped off, being steered to a more expensive car,etc. On Saturday February 21,2009, none of these happened to me. I have dealt with Chad Black from a previous dealership, and had nothing but positive to say after the sale. This time was no different. I already knew what vehicle I wanted from looking at their website, and was pleased at the trade-in given for my old Ford. I felt proud to go onto a lot, get the car I wanted,alone,and drive off with payments that won't cramp my budget. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a quality car in a nice atmosphere.

We shopped 3 other Honda Dealerships. We rated them on the following:
Friendliness, Cost and Truthfulness. We found Hagerstown Honda to meet all of our expectations and more.
The way you are treated during the shopping and the sale process is a good indication on how you will be treated afterwards when it comes to service and hopefully furture car purchases. Hagerstown was quite a drive for us, about 43 miles but it was more than worth it. They did everyting we asked of them and had our New CR-V ready at the time promised.
We appreciate their way and will recommend them to our family and friends. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience.

Jesse Torreyson and Matt Hall formed a partnership with Vicki and myself that was professional, informative and friendly all at the same time. They presented alternatives to our decisions as well as the pro's and con's to these decisions. I am sixty years old and my wife is several years younger and this is the most pleasant experience we have ever had in purchasing a vehicle.

My Review of Hagerstown Honda:
Bought a '05 Certified Used Honda Pilot from them. Great service. very friendly staff. The salesman went over the vehicle completely and also told us about the former owner and why the vehicle was traded in (lease). The salesman did the whole "let me check with my sales manager" routine, but it was fun to keep dropping what we could afford.
