I had a very pleasant experience when purchasing my new vehicle from Hagerstown Kia. Greg was very knowledgable and went out of his way to help us. He spent hours with us from selecting the car we wanted, test driving vehicles and sitting down to get the price that best fit our budget. The experience with Hagerstown Kia was amazing. Mr. Black was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He understands customers service and was very responsive to the customers' desires. We bought a 2012 Kia Optima from him in April and also traded it in for the purchase of the 2013 Kia SXL in Sep/Oct 2013. Both experiences were pleasant.

The customer service receive after the purchase, is also top notch. We are thankful for a great buying experience!

Very friendly and KNOWLEDGABLE. We were just looking but after a few minutes talking to Chad, he was able to show us exactly what we wanted at an excellent price. So many salespeople and dealerships do not listen or know their own inventory. He made everything straightforward and easy but never pushy or overbearing. We purchased that day and are thrilled with the deal and the vehicle. Since we have taken a friend who had the same experience and purchased a vehicle. We highly recommend Chad and the dealership.

Rick was awesome and really put a lot of effort into finding me the perfect car. The atmosphere in the dealership was super friendly. The staff held the door open for me multiple times and were always smiling. This is my family's 4th car from Hagerstown Kia and the service is always great. I absolutely LOVE my Kia optima! Best car I've ever owned.

I had the most wonderful car-buying experience ever! I just separated from my husband and the staff were magnificent! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Luke was kind to my boys and Britton was thorough in explaining all of the intricacies of leasing, since I had only ever owned before. I walked out with an amazing deal on a lease that fit my new budget and a new friend in the sales associate. You're one of the greats, Luke! I purchased a 2007 Honda Ridgeline from Hagerstown Honda. I am very happy to say that the buying experience was very comfortable and stress free. Laura Kelly is a awesome sales person. Very knowledgeable and friendly with no pressure on buying this vehicle. All I had to do was see this truck and I was hooked. Dave Feuerstein is a very good person to deal with also. He was honest and got me the best deal for the money. I have purchased vehicles from other dealers in the past, and I am proud to say that my recent vehicle purchase from Hagerstown Honda puts the other dealers to shame. Total time including test drive was 2 and a half hours, that is awesome. I WILL be recommending Hagerstown Honda to alot of people that I know.
