I had purchased a car from this place in ‘97 before it was designated a certified pre-owned lot . I was happy with my experience then. Specifically, I've got to shout out Corinne for being so patient, hospitable and eager to help me find my new legs on wheels. Between literally walking back and forth MULTIPLE times to grab keys for my mere looking inside a vehicle, to offering me something to munch on while I waited for approval, she's the real G.O.A.T....well astrologically speaking she's the Ram but she knows what I mean lol (inside joke; wink, wink). Not only was she knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, no matter how simple it may have been, but she also wasn't afraid to say, "I don't know. Let me find out!" My two test drives with her were so comfortable, it literally felt like I was out cruising the city with a friend who just so happens to sale cars. Bryce stepped in and was also eager to help me as well and Ronnie was also a pleasure to do business with. Repairing your credit? Not a problem! Hayley and their affiliates worked with a sister that day but what I loved the most about my time with them is, not once did I ever feel pressured to get into anything I would not feel comfortable living with! I remained in control the entire time and that was very important to me. The facility is well kept and maintained (inside and outside, including the restrooms) and the detailing on my car was superb! So many businesses claim to be family oriented however I really felt the unity amongst everyone at Hayley as they encountered one another. Great work everyone! More
