Notified the salesperson that I was interested in a car advertised on the internet. He was aware I was driving from N. Va. and it was 120 miles. When we got there we waited and waited before seeing the car, both rear windows did not work, they fell into the door, and the air conditioning did not work one bit. I was really angry they led me to believe this car was fine and ready for sale and ready to drive home. Do not deal with these people, bold liars. More

I asked them to look at my car for a support staff are very rude. The service department tells you need work done on your car when it is unnecessary. I asked them to look at my car for a particular reoccurring issue. The mechanic and service writer said they could not find a problem. Two days later, it broke down out of town. Had they checked underneath the hood they would have found the problem immediately. My sister brought her Toyota in and they told her she needed apprx. $1500 work to her car. She did not need this amount of work done. Do not deal with these people. More

Spent 5 hrs getting a dozen different ways to charge me sticker price for a 2003 truck (even with my 5k trade in) at the end of the 2003 model year - they were about 3 weeks from the 2004 models being on the lot.

Only good thing is the internet sales...they immediately knocked 3k off the sticker price of the 2004 model tacomas. I will give this dealer another try and see how the internet salesperson will work with me. More
