I recently had my 2020 Ford Expedition Max repaired in the Hall Ford/Hyundai Elizabeth City Body Shop after getting into a car accident. The team repaired my vehicle and brought it back to the condition the Hall Ford/Hyundai Elizabeth City Body Shop after getting into a car accident. The team repaired my vehicle and brought it back to the condition it was when I drove it off the lot! They were honest and upfront about the expected timeline for the repair and got my vehicle back to me as promised. I highly recommend if you need any repair work done on your vehicle that you take it to the team at Hall Ford/Hyundai in Elizabeth City. They are fantastic and will exceed all of your expectations! This is for Natalie Eden from the Parts Department. Natalie was very helpful in getting a part for me that is on a national backorder. I am writing you from Wetumpka Alabama. Natalie was able not only to find the part but able create the invoice and sell me the part also. She did the whole transaction via the telephone and E-mail. She made it a very easy process and was detailed and professional on how for me to purchase the part. Natalie sent me all the information that I needed to ensure that I get the best quality of customer service and support I needed. Due to her actions I am able to get my Ford Edge repaired in a timely manner(with in a week) than having it sit at the Ford Dealership for 6-10 months due to waiting on a part that is on backlog. I brought my 2020 Ford Expedition Max in today to the Hall Ford Elizabeth City service department and they did an outstanding job of changing the oil, rotating the tires, and performing a multi-point ins Hall Ford Elizabeth City service department and they did an outstanding job of changing the oil, rotating the tires, and performing a multi-point inspection all in just over an hour. Don't go to this dealer for service.. They will move your appt. without your knowledge! Two days to complete a oil change, rotate tires, and install a new alternator when the customer supplied the repl your appt. without your knowledge! Also, they have changed their procedures for payment, forcing you to pay by cc!!! Insane!!!! Don't ask me how they are planning to stay in busniess. More

Amanda and the service department went above and beyond in servicing my 2017 Ford Expedition EL. I arrived for my scheduled appointment about two hours early, optimistic they could get my car in early. Ama in servicing my 2017 Ford Expedition EL. I arrived for my scheduled appointment about two hours early, optimistic they could get my car in early. Amanda was upfront in telling me there were about 10 cars in front of me and they would try to work me in but couldn’t promise anything. She did exactly what she said she would and worked my car in within about 35 minutes of my arrival. They had the problem diagnosed, parts identified, and authorization for the warranty to cover the costs in just over an hour. Since the parts were not in stock Amanda coordinated the ordering of them and scheduled a follow-on appointment to have them installed. By the way, Amanda called the service technician to confirm the installation timeline and worked the installation services around my wife’s travel schedule. The service department is great! Give them a chance and they will make you a repeat customer. More
