The experience that I had at this dealership has been the best yet. Lauren my sales associate was willing to work with me and make sure that i go excatly what i wanted and made sure that the price was perfect as well. I would definitely recommend Hall Ford to anyone. They give you a great price on the vehicle you want to purchase and they also give you a great trade in value on your current car. BETTER THEN CARMAX!!!!!
And whats best is you have to do nothing but show up and sign a couple of papers. They do all the work for you. The best car buying experience i have ever had and would definitely go back for my next vehicle.

They were fair when they appraised the value of my trade*in. There were friendly and coureous, and there was no high pressure to their selling. They were patient with all of my questions. Mark even transferred my CD's to a USB drive for me. I would definitely buy another car from them, and recommend this dealershjp to my friends.

Nikki Brazelton quickly and accurately answered all of my questions in preparation for coming into the dealership, including searching for the exact car we wanted and making sure that everything was exactly right. When we were unable to find the exact Explorer we wanted, Lauren Hoaglund on the sales team helped us throughout the entire factory order and sales process with no fuss, making sure that our order was accurate and that the pricing was done correctly. Overall, a great car buying experience in which we got the exact car we wanted for a goo price with no hassle.

This was the third vehicle that I have bought from Hall Ford. All three times I have delt with Jim House.Icould not have asked for a better salesman to help me find what I wanted.The whole crew at Hall Ford make you feel relaxed and under no preeeure to buy just anything. They work very hard to find you what you are looking for and at the right price.Mr. House will go out of his way to help you.He makes you feel like you are meeeting old friends who you have not scene for awile. I will buy all my vehicles at Hall Ford and hope that I find Mr. House waiting on me.

This was my first visit to Hall Ford in Newport News and I was presently surprised. My experience with the crew was great. Jimmie and Chris were so patient with me, especially dealing with my credit situation. They really took the extra step to get me in the vehicle I really wanted. I love that they let me drive the vehicle home to show my husband. Chris and Jimmie did not make me feel pressured into buying a vehicle. The staff at Hall Ford was great, from the salesperson, to financing, even the service department! If I need to buy another vehicle I definately will return.

I recently bought a car from Hall Automotive. The initial first visit was fine. But when I returned the next day, to follow-up on the car I was interested in, Jimmy House acted like he didn't even know me. He lost my phone number twice and didn't even remember to follow-up with me. I really wanted to buy the car. I liked the car. I have great credit. I've held a job for more than 10 years. I was a great candidate. I really liked the car. But he just couldn't get it together. The staff were often times watching television, and paid no attention when I entered the showroom, it was bad. On our second visit, my husband and I made an offer. Jimmy House evidently got amnesia, and couldn't remember anything he originally told us would be included with the car. He told his boss that he never said or made any promises about what would be included in the final offer. We ended up buying it after several rounds of negotiating. When we picked up the car, it hadn't even been detailed or cleaned. Everything was dirty. Oh, and that Target Gift Card they promised just for stopping by - never was produced, even after asking them about it several times.
I will NEVER BUY FROM HALL ATUO AGAIN - AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!
Integrity and honesty are key in customer service, and Jimmy House missed the TARGET!

Larry and the team at Hall Ford in Newport News treated me and my family with the respect that every customer deserves. All my questions were answered in a quick and professional manner. By using the internet, I felt no pressure when I arrived at the dealer. This was the first time I actually enjoyed my buying experience.
A week later, I brought my truck in for the interior/exterior protection package. Larry made sure everything was going well.
I have had some good and horrible experiences when buying vehicles. This is by far the absolute best one!

My Review of Hall Ford Lincoln Newport News :
I started out looking for a used Manual Transmission Pickup ... a lot harder to find that one might think!

I "bought" a used Mazda here and ended up deciding it wasn't what I really wanted, and they took it back. No you-signed-papers. No arguments. The only questions I had to answer were those that might help me find what I was really looking for.

After shopping a couple dozen other places, I came back and bought my very first new car! She's beautiful! and exactly what I wanted. She's even the color I wanted, but wasn't willing to pay more for :) Honestly, after shopping around ... I confirmed what Jimmy had said at the begining: the price on a new truck is not but a few thousand more than a used one.

At any rate, after a little over a month, I'm still very happy with the way things worked out. Totally awesome people.

Both Mark and Larry were extremely helpful in getting my purchase taken care of. I talked to them several times before making up my mind and they were always available and happy to answer all of my questions. They let me know as soon as they had any updates on the arrival of my car and when it finally came in they made sure handing over that check was as painless as possible.
