My Review of Hamilton Hyundai:
Place is a joke waste of time to.even bother people.are not friendly gaurantee credit on a 10,000$ hyndie but not a 11,000$ jeep I don't recomend this lot to anyone and will steer people away from this lot customer service and salesman suck, don't explain anything to you high down payment and still nothing. Wasted my time my wifes time gas money and all that

My Review of Hamilton Hyundai:
My first experience with this dealer has been very acceptable. The saleman, Ben Goodman, was quite helpful from my first visit in showing me vehicles and introducing the to the Hamilton "Dealership for Life" program features such as free lifetime oil changes, through my evaluation process, to the purchase of a 2012 Hyundai Elantra. The price I paid for the vehicle was in line with both Edmunds and Kelley Blue Book projections. Sherri McClain was very thorough in going through the many facets of paperwork required for the trade-in and new-car purchase. Time will tell about the service aspects.

My Review of Hamilton Hyundai:
I purchased an all wheel drive vehicle from this dealer. After reviewing three different models and discussing the differences with Tim, I selected a Tuscon. The management team also made me feel welcome and were very visible for any questions. When I picked up the Tuscon, it was spotless and ready on time. The dealer for life benefits offered by this dealership, such as free car washes and oil changes makes this experience even better. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good value with one of the best warranties available.

My Review of Hamilton Hyundai:
Hamilton Hyundai is our first stop when shopping for a new vehicle. We never need to go anywhere else. My husband and I have purchased our last three vehicles from them. Obviously we are pleased with the service we receive. We are greated with a friendly salesperson willing to meet our needs. The prices are fair, and they go to great lengths to help you leave with a quality vehicle. We highly recommend Hamilton Htundai.

Dennis handled the purchase very professionally and found the perfect vehicle for us. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. He demonstrated all of the features on the vehicle in a thorough manner.

Sherri handle the financing and all of the paper work. She was very thorough and friendly. All aspects of the purchase were explained concisely.

After 45 years of purchasing cars, my husband and I have finally found a dealership that we are totally comfortable with. Everyone at the dealership, from the General Manager, Sales Managers, Service Department and Finance Department treated us with a professional and friendly atmosphere. Each member of Hamilton Hyundai Staff were willing to go "that extra mile" to ensure we received the best deal, best service, and made us feel we were part of the Hamilton Hyundai family. I would recommend this dealership who is in the market for a new or used car.Lizzie

My Review of Hamilton Hyundai:
I love the "Dealership for Life". It was time to have my Sonata serviced and inspected and also have a service campaign checked out. When I arrived at Hamilton, Carol mentioned that it was also time for tire rotation and the gear shift knob needed to be replaced because of a recall. All of this at no additional cost to me. By having a coupon for the inspection, it only cost me $15.80. Wow, where else can you go for that kind of service at that price! And then to get a car wash on top of that. This was only my second time having my Sonata serviced and I have been very impressed with Hamilton's service department so far.

My Review of Hamilton Hyundai:
Recently on a long trip back to Wilkes Barre Pa we encountered problems with our Elantra. It was 11 PM on a Friday night so I decided to get off the highway and seek out a Dealer to look at the car in the morning. We were luck enough to get off at Exit 15 and found Hamilton Hyundai about 3 miles away. It was Saturday morning and they said they were only open till noon but they would get us in and try to get us back on the road as soon as possible. AS luck would have it they were unable to finish the work so the Service manager came out and made us aware of the problem and said "were going to get you folks a rent a car so you can get under way and when we have it finished we will give you a call". I did have the rent a car for an extended period of time at no expense to me. Car was fixed when we returned and in perfect condition. I do wish I had a dealer like this near me. Everyone we delt with were VERY helpful, plesant and professional. Not having bought there I thought we would be in for a hassle....not even close. I would buy a car off these in a heartbeat and there service went beyond excellent. To all big thanks.

My Review of Hamilton Hyundai:
2 years ago i bought a Nissan from Brett and the transmission just recently gave out. I had no extended warranty on the truck and it would've cost me over $6000 to replace the transmission. I called Brett and told him of my misfortune and asked if there was anything he could do. He told me to come on in and we'll see what we can do. He got them to pay off the Nissan and put me in a 2008 escape within a few dollars of my other payment range. I am so impressed with the deal that i got, that they will be my dealer for life! Hamilton Hyundai didn't even have to give me the time of day. They could've said sorry about your luck it's your truck no warranty no deal. I am really proud to say that i bought my vehicle at Hamilton Hyundai of Chambersburg. Thank you Brett!
