Handy Toyota is a friendly place with people who care in every aspect of service. They have always taken care of our Highlander, which we bought there, and always have brought to our attention things that m every aspect of service. I had a very long wait in the waiting room. I somewhat expected this and brought alot of reading to do. However, I think it would have been helpful if someone could have just come out after about 2 hrs expected this and brought alot of reading to do.
