Mahamid is useless as a service adviser. He kept my car for almost a week without updating us on status then returned our car stating it was fixed only to have the problem reoccur. I would have given one star for the service I received had it not been for Mohammed taking over for the situation and helping me. The girl who was SUPPOSED to be my rep bailed on or something..
