When I was quoted for the key it was $200 a key. They ordered two keys even when I said it was one. I was told I need to pay for a second key because it was ordered even though I never authorized it They ordered two keys even when I said it was one. I know it’s an estimate but I was never notified until the key was here and was told I needed to pay for it because it was here. If I was notified that it was $350 I would have cancelled the order. I never authorized the order of a $350 key. CA law requires that I have to authorize an orders over the original estimate. I will never suggest this location. The service was terrible and I was told multiple times that they don’t know where the mix up happened but I need to pay for it. More

Miley said the car would be ready and it wasn't - even the following day. She was unprofessional and lacked basic communication skills including ability to provide work order upon check in or at any time the following day. When my husband and I came into the dealership in hopes of getting any update, Miley was defensive and unhelpful in simply returning our vehicle to us.
