Now two days later my Kia wont start because whatever they did to "fix" my car actually screwed up my battery and made things worse. If Hanless Kia just had run of the mill bad service I'd take my car back there and demand that they fix my battery. But they service station is worse than just bad. I have no doutb they would make my car worse, make me wait weeks, and over charge me. Unbelievably bad. More

I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of, which I feel happens a lot in automotive businesses. So thank you! More
The car was not ready for sale when I made the appointmentto purchase it. This I didn't know until I arrived. Davis is not close to my home, not convenient at all. The car was advertised on the Ha appointmentto purchase it. This I didn't know until I arrived. Davis is not close to my home, not convenient at all. The car was advertised on the Hanlees website. I was at the dealership for 9 hours before the paperwork was done. When I was told I could come back when the car would be ready, I was also told if I did leave, and someone else came in for that car, they could sell it to them. I felt trapped. I was glad I brought a bottle of water, as I was never offered anything in that 9 hours. I purchased the car on August 9th. I am still waiting for a part to be painted and then installed. They have had the very small part for at least a month now. I'm tired of waiting for the call I was promised. In the beginning, I waited 2 weeks for 2 parts to come in. It was only after I stopped in after work one day, as I was in Davis, that I discovered they had both parts. And had those parts for some days. No one called me about that either. One of the parts came in unpainted. I asked if I was supposed to paint it myself. This is the door lock cover I have been waiting for since August 9. I was also told the tires were good. And that the spare tire was good. I have had to replace all 4 tires, and the spare is not usable. All 5 tires had bands showing on the inside. I had to spend $96 for a tow truck 2 weeks after I bought the car. The second time I needed a tow truck, I was closer to home so the insurance paid for it. Until I had the 1st blow out, I didn't know there was no car jack, lug wrench or clamping bracket to hold the spare tire and necessary equipment down. Yes, I looked at the car but wasn't able to spend much time doing that as it was being readied for sale. There is damage on the car from the use of the luggage rack from a previous owner. The rubber seal on the top corner of the passenger front door is torn up and off. There is a lot of wind noise, and I don't know how to repair it. I also only have 1 ignition key. The key part that fits into the ignition is very wobbly and I am unable to tighten it. When I asked about a second key, I was told there is only one and I could get a second key at Batteries Plus. Really? I didn't sit inside the car before I bought it. This is my 3rd 2019 Kia Soul, so I knew what the dash and such was like. What I didn't know, was that the lid on the arm rest/box was broken, until I got in it to drive away. I have it taped down which makes it unusable, until I can replace it. I bought a lemon. I honestly feel that "they saw me coming." An easy mark to sell a piece of crap car to. I truly don't know where to go from here regarding the door lock cover and a second key. I understand when a used car is purchased, it's "as is." It just seems a little more attention should have been paid to these issues the car had. An inexpensive vehicle isn't so inexpensive when 4 tires and a spare need to be purchased within 4 weeks of buying the car. I don't even know where to get the equipment needed to change a flat tire, and parts to hold the tire down. I've known how to change a tire since I was 16. Calling a tow truck is ridiculous for a flat tire. More
