I am concerned that this car dealership is still in operation with all of the negative reviews. They will respond that everything is legal, but certainly they are morally bankrupt. Beware of the $1,49 operation with all of the negative reviews. They will respond that everything is legal, but certainly they are morally bankrupt. Beware of the $1,499 fee, that they add to the contract, disguising it as vehicle, locator device, paint protection, etc. It is laughable of how they make a standard bogus response to those customer complaints. After my review, it’s on you to decide whether to choose this dealership with so many others around. To start, since purchasing the vehicle a month ago, I have had to replace the key fob (only one provi this dealership with so many others around. To start, since purchasing the vehicle a month ago, I have had to replace the key fob (only one provided to me), add Freon, replace 12V battery, & replace front tires due to belt broken inside front tire. To make matters worse, they added a universal lug nut which caused me to research and buy another socket key to even replace them. So far , I am over $2000 additional since buying the car. They did nothing to inspect this vehicle so be mindful of what you are buying. They also will force you into an additional $1000 + paint warranty that covers nothing and no way to cancel so be ready for that additional charge. I also looked at refinancing because the interest seemed high based on my credit and learned I can get it 5% lower interest rate not financing through them. Overall I would never buy from them again and I warn others to be careful with this dealership. You will have buyers remorse pretty quickly. More

Watch out adds fees at last minute , paint and fabric protection 1499 cannot be removed . Contract details say you acknowledge this is not necessary to buy the car. Read everything before signing. I bought a used 2020 Kia from Hanna Imports in December 2022. My wife and I really liked the car and it was in our budget, however we experienced terrible customer service at Hanna Imports. First of all, we were assigned with a rookie sales guy who had just joined a month ago and had no experience/knowledge about the car. I dont blame the poor guy as he was not helped much by his seniors. One particular sales person called De-Andre was awfully rude and contemptuous. The car we bought had a front seat floor mat missing so I asked the manager Isaac Wards about the floor mat, he kept giving different excuses about it and never delivered on it. DONT BUY YOUR CAR FROM HANNA! More
