Recently,a friend of mine was driving a used car , a Volvo s60 that immediately peaked my interest. After asking for information about the vehicle ,i halfheartedly filled out a credit application and spoke with Angel tosee if we could reach an agreement.He was very fair and accomidating.No high pressure sales tactics.A sweet deal at a fair price on a beautiful car! My Review of Harbro Sales & Service Inc:
I had a great experience with Harbro Auto. I was in a car accident and my vehicle was totaled, my injuries made shopping for a new vehicle difficult. Harbro made the effort to make shopping for my new vehicle much simpler. I was able to complete the purchase with a minimum effort on my part, and I felt that I could trust them to get me the best vehicle for the money that they could. I purchased my new vehicle without a test drive due to their 30 day buy back promise and the trust I had in their integrity. I am very happy with my 2002 GMC Envoy.

.I have bought my last four cars from them. They were very comfortable to deal with.
Whenever I had a problem with any vehicles I bought from them, which were very few, they were very quick to remedy them. I also had all my service work done by them,such as oil changes, repair work. was There workmanship was very satisfactory

Buying a used vehicle at Harbro Sales and Service has been a very positive experience. It is a family owned business and they treat their patrons as an extension of their family. We are repeat customers and will continue to be because Harbro has quality vehicles at fair prices, and their service department offers high quality service at the same competitive prices with all work completed in a timely fashion.

My Review of Harbro Sales & Service Inc:
My experince with Harbro Sales is a little different, I was selling a vehicle and came across Tim Hare by coincidence. I found that he was easy to discuss the sale with and made it convenient for me to drop off my vehicle. That's when Patrick Mahoney came into the picture. Patrick waited for me on a Friday evening while I was stuck on the MA Pike waiting for a flipped over vehicle to be flat bedded away. Patrick did the paper work and gave me a certified check as promised and off we went. Patrick, I warn you can talk and talk but he does know what he's talking about and he made the experience also nice and easy.

Once I made my decision, the staff were ready for me very quickly. They made sure that I was certain of my action. They made sure I was happy with the price. The paperwork was waiting for me to sign. Copies were ready for me. It was very obvious to me that anything that could be done for me would be done for me.

My Review of Harbro Sales & Service Inc:
It is really encouraging to know that there are still out there some honest, kind and, ethical business owners. I have at first spoken to the father "TIM" and because of the impression he made on me while talking on the phone, I have driven to his business which is 51 miles away from my house to sell my car for the same amount I was offered at my dealership in my neighborhood. When I got there, I was welcomed by his son "Marc" who went over everything with me in about half an hour and then drove me back home. While on the road, we have had a lenghty conversation about parenting as we are both parents. Our subject turned out to be one of the things we both value most in life. I come to discover that TIM's family business is less about buy/sell than it is about building relationship. Those people are really relationship builders. I look forward to continue doing business with them.
