Great service today, which is typically the case here. Bought a used vehicle last week and found that the windshield washer fluid wasn't being sprayed onto the windshield. Dave took care of it, provided me with a loaner during the repair, and comped the bill. Thanks to a 'furry creature' the fluid hose had a hole chewed in it, but these guys took care of it efficiently and didn't charge me anything as the purchase was so recent. Really glad we purchased our newest vehicle here! More

Same old same old. No HRV’s on the lot. Cater to my husband and don’t care about my choice in cars. Can’ resell a leased car. Don’t communicate with women. Service No HRV’s on the lot. You’ll be charged an a lot and highly inconvenienced if you loose your keys. Doesn’t matter you’re already inconvenienced. Only to get a temporary key that works for maybe two weeks. If you get your car washed there they don’t let you know when it’s done. Took away the cookies they used to have for paying customers. Buy an expensive new Accord and they take a razor blade to get plastic seat covers off. Ready to buy a used Camry or get a Chevy which offers a free lease fee. I just am tired of the poorly designed Civics which are low in storage, sit too low to the ground (same as the Accords. Don’t have HRV’s on the lot. Block the dealership with two big vehicles on the weekends. Don’t telll you if your car is finished after service. Do offer coupons for service. Dealership is way too far away…need a lot on the East side of Kalamazoo. Need I say more. Honda is really jaded to communicate with and has a very sensitive automated system that hangs up on you if you’re trying to communicate w/them. It’s my car so don’t kiss up to my husband talk to me and try to sell us a vehicle. More
