Recently we were traveling east on I-40 across the country and started having transmission issues. Harry Robinson was the closest dealership to our location. We called them and told them we were having issues, they said it would be two weeks before they could get us in. When we told them we were traveling they made us an appt right away. As soon as we arrived they hooked up our truck to diagnostics and found the issue. We were back on the road in an hour and 15 minutes. Everyone was nice, helpful, and worked quickly. I expected a long wait time before I could get an appointment, but I was able to get one very quickly. They do work with warranty if you have one.
