I’m a new customer to Hawk Cadillac & Chevrolet, having recently come to the area. Service was for recall on airbag and oil change, multi service point check. Service was performed, phone call was made and message left 2x to let me know it was ready. Complimentary car wash and vacuum I service point check. Service was performed, phone call was made and message left 2x to let me know it was ready. Complimentary car wash and vacuum I had discussed at drop off had not been done when I returned to pick car up several hours later but Rob took care of getting it done as I waited. Another service rep told me more detail about the oil drain plug not in completely at last oil change. More

I have had my vehicle in for service eight times for a check engine light and traction control , stabiliatrac warning after I had a rear swaybar and a front end alignment done. Hawk Clueless I Own A Subaru I did not go here. I went to Subaru on 59. I have never owned a Chevy in my 45 years of driving. I tried to use my coupon you sent me for 59.99 for an I did not go here. I went to Subaru on 59. I have never owned a Chevy in my 45 years of driving. I tried to use my coupon you sent me for 59.99 for an oil change and tire rotation. The price I paid was over 90 dollars which is a big difference from 60 dollars.I was also told at Subaru that this matter with coupon would be turned in to be corrected. This obviously is not happening. Informed that Chevy uses a cheaper grade of synthetic oil. More
