Pretty disappointed with the service at this facility. Originally scheduled an appointment for our service truck 4 weeks in advance as we had an employee that would be on vacation for a week. Needed to get an oil change / P.M. and also wanted them to diagnose and repair an air bag warning light that has been on in the truck for a while. Dropped off on a Friday for an appointment on the next Monday. Called on Thursday and was told they hadn't touched our truck yet. On Monday morning they called to let us know that the oil change was completed. Needed more time to diagnose the air bag light. We can go anywhere for an oil change but went to the dealer for something specific related to Chevy. Will not return here and cannot recommend others coming here. More

My tire pressure dropped after airing my tire. I called and they said they could put air in.
