Bad experience for a simple repair Brought my 2018 Traverse in for a small repair. A small plastic piece around fog light broke. Stopped in early in the day to see if they had the part Brought my 2018 Traverse in for a small repair. A small plastic piece around fog light broke. Stopped in early in the day to see if they had the part and how much it would cost. They said part was in warehouse in Rockdale could be in that afternoon so I made a 2:00p.m. Appt. for that day. I was told part was 100.00 and popped in in less than a minute no labor charge. Came back at 2:00 and waited for almost 2.5 hours and was charged $127.00 labor when I was told no charge. Sad when you spend 40 grand on a vechicle and they pull some xxxxxxxx like this. Not happy ar all More
