Not impressed I made the deal over the phone , that was very helpful , about noon . We arrived right on time and was greeted with are you the guy with the $20200. for the traverse , yes we are , great will get you taken care of . The salesman was not the one I talked to but he was helpful until he tried to have me pay the wrong amount , an additional $1500 he said I didn't pay the deposit they had on record . There was no talk about the $1500 on the phone at all . Had to wait for approval to correct paper work . Then he says we will locate the car , you don't have it ready , no . They bring the car up for us to look over and it hasn't been detailed yet , very dirty . So we test drive and that's ok , so we go back in to get things finalized and that takes an hour waiting , we are paying cash mind you . Then we have to wait another hour for the car to be cleaned up , we left at 8:30 pm that night and I drove 2.5 hours to get there , so was 11 pm when home . To say the least I was not impressed . the car must not have even been checked over as when I got home I noticed the radio antenna was missing on top of the car . More

Subaru service I had my car serviced for an oil change and differential oil change. I also mentioned a squeak noise when I turned my steering wheel. I mentioned this a couple of times on my last couple of visits they were not able to re-create the problem. This time they were able to re-create the problem and they provided a loaner car for me to use while the part was being order. Since the noise was in my original period of my extended warranty they honored that and did not charge me for the part or the labor for this to be fixed. Everybody in the service department is very nice and I would highly recommend them . More
