Ran a hard credit check without my approval I was shopping around for the most affordable car since I have a long commute. I went in there with a budget and told them that. But they claimed they couldn’t meet my budget. Which was $400 for financing a car with some lease payments left over and zero down. Since they couldn’t make it I was going to leave. James Barrett the general manager comes over and it went quickly from a pleasant enough experience to frustrating. We talked in circles with me at some point asking him if he was trying to confuse me. During that conversation he said if you figure out what you want and give me a number (which I had done) I can go to the banks, I am bringing up that comment to point out that at this point there had not been a hard hit. I got so frustrated that I pointed out I was looking to feel good about my purchase like I had previously with my Hondas. He asked me why didn’t I go to Honda then? I had not gone to Honda because I thought it would be too expensive, but then thanks to his comment I thought about it and decided I should check it out. I went to Honda where I bought a car worth $3,000 more than the car they were offering me for the amount that I wanted monthly. But during my time there I learned that they had run a hard hit on my credit. At no point had I seen someone in fiancé or had agreed to purchase a car or indicated I was doing anything but shopping around. I had been to three other dealerships for this purchase and they hadn’t run my credit. After James Barrett’s behavior and finding this out I feel that this place is shady. Buyer especially female ones be wary. More

Excellent Routine Maintance/Stellar Diagnosis Of Repairs I bring my 2018 Kia Stinger GT2 here for regular maintenance and service bulletins and have always been impressed. The facility is awesome and staff i I bring my 2018 Kia Stinger GT2 here for regular maintenance and service bulletins and have always been impressed. The facility is awesome and staff incredibly friendly. But recently is where their mechanics really shined. I had been experiencing an annoying rattle from my car for months. After no more than 20 minutes the mechanic was able to pin point the rattle, which was a poorly designed heat shield/air deflector that was located in the driveshaft tunnel on the passenger side, right by the drive shaft. The mechanic was able to find it solely on discoloration on the driveshaft caused by this part. I was showed the culprit by my service advisor and the solution explained to me by the mechanic. Thanks to their mechanic and the wonderful service and attention I receive at this dealership I have been able to once again enjoy every drive in my Stinger. And with Healey Kia’s help I plan to have many more happy miles behind the wheel of my Stinger! More

Tricked "Customers top priority"? I guess I was not considered a customer then. Although I am a returning customer from Healey on my lease of a Hyundai Sonata "Customers top priority"? I guess I was not considered a customer then. Although I am a returning customer from Healey on my lease of a Hyundai Sonata which I entered a deal for a Kia Optima. I was TRICKED in this deal where I put down what for me was a large sum of money and the return of the Sonata. Never was I told or believed that I was still subject to additional charges for the return of my lease at the whim of the dealership in the amount of nearly $1000. Never would I have had a lease returned to assess fees when I was not there... in person to review AT THE TIME. This amounts to extortion on my credit score. When I called to find out what was going on, first my call was not returned. Second time, when I insisted on speaking with someone I was spoken to in a condescending manner to the tune that i didn't have to understand the deal I made when I left the dealership! I just had to pay whatever they said, because "how are they supposed to know"? I certainly had ZERO intention of making a deal where I put down what for me is a large figure and then leaving it to the whim of the dealership additional charges on my previous lease. Telling me you weren't "keeping it in your inventory " is NOT the same telling me I was subject to UNKNOWN fees on my previous vehicle More

I decided to go with a 2018 Kia Forte LX wit Jon was very pleasant, extremely knowledgeable in the two vehicles of interest, Kia Sportage & Kia Forte. I decided to go with a 2018 Kia Forte LX without being pressured by Jon to "Pick A Vehicle". More importantly everything we discussed was within my means & budget for the new car purchase. All questions were answered to my satisfaction. I would absolutely refer Jon Francis to anyone I know who is looking for a vehicle. I also would like to wish Jon Good Luck in his career with the Healey Kia Automotive Group. More
Service manager never addressed my issues or concerns I brought my Kia in for a recall. I picked it up with recall complete. 1 week later a “ new “ issue arose on my car. I brought my car into Kia again .. they charged me apprxo $500.00 for this strange repair . I asked to speak to the service manager. He was gone when I arrived at 3.30 pm ( I was told) he never called me and avoided my calls. Never addressed me . Bad business for a manager to not call, or address a costumer .
