They ordered the wrong part, claimed it was on back order, and didn’t reali The service advisor I worked with was fine but the management was a joke. They ordered the wrong part, claimed it was on back order, and didn’t realize until it came in. No big, happens all the time in shops, but after I waited months for the wrong part, as well as quoted for the wrong part, I was told the actual part needed was $400 more and I’d be responsible for it. After paying $750 for an in depth diagnosis, they told me I could take my car somewhere else if I didn’t want to pay for the part. I believe they should’ve swallowed the cost considering the circumstances. The management was incredibly rude and avoidant and obviously I had no interest in paying another towing fee to bring my vehicle to another shop to pay for another diagnosis . I would never in my life recommend service here, I hardly recommend anything mopar in the first place but the service really sealed the deal. They made a point to take my email off so I couldn’t put in an honest review of my service. All around bad experience and to this day I tell people to avoid them like the plague, including the customers I worked with in the service department I personally worked at. I’d recommend anyone take their vehicle to landers. I stopped at landers to order a new wheel lock and they gave me theirs for free. Night and day difference, id recommend anyone make the extra 30min drive to go there instead . More
