Use the triple a program! It's worth it! Had a great time with Karen, she was super friendly and very nice! John B. was also very nice. They both cared about the customer which is what matters the most!

I bought a 2012 Ford Explorer from Hempstead Ford. My experience was excellent! John S. & JC were very friendly, helpful, and patient. Nicole took the time to set up my bluetooth and explain the control panels to me. Everyone went above & beyond in customer service & professionalism . They even made sure I had a full tank of gas. I love my new ride. Best car experience I ever had! THANK YOU HEMPSTEAD FORD!

Our experience with Hempstead Ford/ Lincoln was terrific. Our salesperson Karen was extremely efficient, friendly and a pleasure to work with. Doug Curtis and Tony in Financing were great, they got us the best deal at the best rate.

Nicole Austin was extremely knowledgable and a easy to deal with when teaching us how to use the Sync system.

Thank you all very much. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car!

One of the Best Dealership I have ever dealt with. My sales person, Karen Hesdra, is superb in service, help finding the exact vehicle you want. She makes the finding the car you want/need so easy. Process of purchasing/leasing the vehicle is unbelievably easy and painless. She will find the car that you want at the price you love. I would definitely recommend this dealership(and see Karen if you do go). Service department is superb after the purchase, too. I would not go anywhere else to purchase the car!!
