"One of the best car buying experiences ever"
I started my shopping experience with no idea what vehicle I wanted. I probably looked at 25 different cars and just as many dealerships. As I gradually whittled my list down to the Lincoln I visited 4 different dealers. I was searching for a specific list of equipment and colors and, of course, the best price.
When I walked into Hempstead Lincoln, I was assigned to Even Boucaud as my salesman. He was very patient with me as I ask a million questions and wanted to drive the MKC and MKZ and wanted to try all the engine choices. At the end of the process I probably spent 2-3 hours at Hempstead Lincoln just doing test drives. Evan was happy to spend the time with me.
When it came down to price, they were very competitive and worked with me through some of my issues. Once I finally signed, we submitted the credit to the bank and initially, they did not want to approve me. My credit is good but very new. Bob, the finance manager really went above and beyond to get the bank to accept me.
I picked up my car yesterday and couldn't be happier with the car and the entire process with Evan and Hempstead Lincoln.
