Our Salesman was Ed Dowden and as my son described him "he is not at all like the stereo typical salesmen" We traded in two cars and bought one new Explorer. I felt we got a fair deal without the high pressure sale experience. My only problem is that I love mud flaps and rain guards over the windows and their was some confusion over the price and then it was too late for me to get them installed even if I wanted to pay.
Other than that everything went smooth and our whole family is very satisfied.
