We contacted them on a Chevrolet Traverse. Talked to a salesman Wes Duffy. He told us to come drive it and my husband said we would if they would get right with the money. So then we talked to a manager Sam and they talked back and too on the discounts. So we were satisfied with the final price and went and test drove it. So we decided to buy it. Jeremy McFadden was the financial manager that took care of the paper work and he was very professional with it in explaining everything. So we went back to Wes Duffy and he took his time showing me all the bells and whistles on the car, he even set up my start the car system on my phone for me. He really helped me with everything I didn’t understand or couldn’t figure out. We really appreciated all their courteous and friendly staff that helped make our buying experience easier, quick and pleasant. Thank you Henderson Chevrolet GMC for your business and kindness. Wes checked on us the day after making sure everything was good and said we could contact him with any problems or questions we had. We give them two thumbs up for all their help 👍👍👏👏 More

I had a radio repaired in my Buick LaCrosse cost $1300. It worked 6 days and quit now they want $1700 in parts plus labor to fix the same problem. We delt with Jackie and Megan back and forth over the phone for the few days leading up to when we arrived at the dealership, they were wonderful and had no problem answering any questions that we had. Vick was our sales guy when we got to the dealership, he was very down to earth and understood life happens. Other dealerships told us that there was no way the we could get what we wanted in a vehicle. Vick and the finance people at the dealership went above and beyond to get us what we wanted ( I didnt get the exact vehicle that i wanted but it was just because monthly payment was too much for our budget, THIS WAS NO FAULT OF ANYONE AT THE DEALERSHIP JUST DIDNT FIT INTO OUR BUDGET) we still got 3rsd row seats and low miles. We just needed more room. My husband will be needing a new truck in a few years, we will definitely be back to see Vick. More

Rip Off!!!! Our car broke down while in Henderson. Got it to Henderson Chevrolet for repairs. They charged us $650 for a new battery and alternator. They charg Our car broke down while in Henderson. Got it to Henderson Chevrolet for repairs. They charged us $650 for a new battery and alternator. They charged $250 for a battery that sells online for $125. They added on all kinds of extra charges to inflate the bill. I could have had the car towed the 60 miles back home and had it fixed there, for less than $650! More
