Great dealership, great customer service. Nick was a pleasure to work with. We originally went in to discuss a vehicle that was st another location And he showed us some vehicles on the lot so we can leave with a new car, which we did. He was honest and wasn't pushy. We will definitely be back when it's time for another purchase

So sincere when the money is flowing their way, but when they screw up--not one person cared enough to actually try to do something about it. I was passed from person to person who obviously didn't care and couldn't wait to pass me on.
The problem was the fob locking itself and my phone inside while I was out of town. I emailed Hendrick Chevrolet contact address and waited 2 hours without a response. I tried the live chat, but the ditzes kept promising to have someone contact me, but it never happened. They couldn't quite grasp the concept I was without a phone and kept asking for a contact phone number.
Finally in desperation I borrowed a phone from someone and called Hendrick. Was put on hold and then told the service manager was being consulted. He never got on the line. I did get his email and sent him an email asking what could be done. Responded 4 hous later saying he was "out of the office" even though the lady said she talked to him.
Was given roadside assistance phone # and called them. First person couldn't find anyone to help so she gave me to another lady who had "extra resources". Kept on hold a half hour. Then she said she couldn't find anyone to help. She couldn't find a locksmith and she couldn't find a tow service to take it to the nearest dealer. I called the dealer and he refused to help until I sent written proof of ownership--which was locked in the GD CAR. That didn't satisfy him.
So I emailed my wife. She is dropping off the 1 year old, driving 3 1/2 hours to get me the second key and then 3 1/2 hours home.
Thanks Hendrick Chevy--I hope Karma bites you in the butt and when it does, you think of me.
"Don't trust them"
I am sadly locked I to a service agreement with Hendrick and so beyond frustrated. Do not trust them! They cannot perform a simple oil and filter change. That's right they put the wrong filter on my car and all the oil flooded out of my car! They will not own any wrong doing or that the incident even occurred after they corrected the filter and lack of oil. I just had another oil filter service with an appointment set up well ahead of time only to wait two hours! So sure if you want your car possible ruined and waste all your free time choose Hendrick other wise stay away.
