I have been coming here regularly for 3 years, never had a problem until yesterday. I came for an oil change, I got the oil change and a few other services done. I was about 1 mile from my home when I start a problem until yesterday. I came for an oil change, I got the oil change and a few other services done. I was about 1 mile from my home when I started to hear a metal grinding sound. I didn't know what was going on but it was coming from my car. I was on a major highway at the time going 60+ miles an hour. So, I turn on my blinkers and slow down to about 10 or so mph until I reach my house. When I'm finally able to park, I look underneath my car and there is a large metal tray thing hanging down clearly not screwed in, dragging on the ground. I am FURIOUS! I just spent a little over $500 on services, and I could have been SERIOUSLY INJURED on the highway. If you can imagine it was like driving with a huge metal shovel under your car facing the front grinding the road. The sound alone was terrifying. I call the tech, he is unavailable so I reach the manager Mark and tell him what's going on. MARK (side note about Mr. Mark, he has ZERO customer service skills... Z.E.R.O) let me tell you why, he SUGGESTS I DRIVE BACK TO THE SHOP WITH THIS METAL TRAY/SHOVEL DRAGGING THE GROUND... BECUASE IT WILL "SAVE ME TIME". Excuse me sir, HAVE YOU LOST YOUR MIND?!?! I live approximately 30 MILES AWAY!!?!!! So of course I refuse that, so instead of calling the tow company for me, Mr. Customer Service gives me the number to call and make arrangements. Ok, they come get my car, this is Friday. I work 2 jobs, I was unable to make it to my part time so not only did I pay them $500 for them to F up my car, i LOST MONEY on top of it. So, this morning I receive a call from Mr. Customer Service letting me know my car is fixed. Not ONE TIME DID HE EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPEND... NOT ONE TIME DID HE APOLOGIZE FOR WHAT HAPPENED OR FOR MY INCONVINECE. Instead of offering to have my car dropped off, because of THEIR F UP, he expects that I'm going to come get it.?! Um-- I DONT THINK SO!? So I stated, "you're having it towed back correct?" To which he audially SIGHS and says, well maybe not towed, but we can have it "delivered". Um, EXCUSE TF OUT OF ME ... AM IN INCONVENIECNING YOU SIR??!?!?!! I could have DIED yesterday, none of this was in NO WAY my fault. Again, no apology, no discount offered, no free service, no REMORSE, no NOTHING.. Just an xxxxx attitude! I will NEVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR come back here and wouldn't recommend anyone come here to get their cars repaired! More
