Butch spent an inordinately large amount of time with my wife and I reviewing several models and test driving. It matched exactly what we needed / wanted, including aspects we hadn't specifcally mentioned but he gleaned from our discussion. (As he pointed this out to us). Through all of this he was never pushy or tried to hard sell us. His professionalism and impressive knowledge about multiple makes, models and even years was invaluable. He managed to make this process actually enjoyable for the first time ever. Then we got to Kelly Jo. We already had our financing covered and thought I had a decent deal. That was until Butch got Kelly Jo involved and got us a rate 1/3 less. Our time talking with her was like meeting family. Even the financing was a pleasure due to working with her. More

I am not a car person at all. I went to go look at a Fit and was a bit nervous about it, as I have never bought a car by myself. Imet Jess during that visit and was instantly put at ease.
