We were greeted by Dennis Lee with a very positive response to our need of a new car. He encouraged us that we could find what we were looking for and that he would help us to do that. I would never recommend hendrick honda to anybody ever, I should have trusted online reviews and gone to crown honda instead. I was very pleased with my sales person. Richard was very pleasant and not aggressive with me to make a decision right away. He was very patient and understood my needs and what I was looking for.
