I just got my 7th Lexus since 1995, 6 of which were from Lexus of Charleston. Fred Bolchoz has been my saleman on all those cars. Overall experience was great. Reason for 3 rating on price was due to what I considered a low ball offer on trade-in. They accepted my offer for new car and I would give them a 5 for that part of the d price was due to what I considered a low ball offer on trade-in.
