Elijah Kisner is a very thorough salesman. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the Toyota products. I recently purchased a 1794 edition Toyota tundra. I have not purchased a new tundra since 2006 (461,000) miles ago. A lot has changed since then. Elijah made the buying process very smooth and efficient. I am really glad he was my salesman and I would highly recommend him to anyone purchasing a vehicle! One recommendation - bring back the grab handle above the passenger window! I really miss that. My last three cars were purchased here at Hendricks Toyota of Apex. My salesperson, Sarena Williams helped with all three of my vehicles. The last two were purchased together. I first called and told her exactly what I wanted, Sarena did not stop until she found exactly what I asked for. My husband was very specific about what he wanted and Sarena found the exact match. She is the best salesperson I have ever met. Sarena is very professional, personable and caring. My last car was totaled as of 9/9/24. I went in today 9/18/24, very emotional because of my experience with the third party insurance company. There were no available 24 or 25 RAV4’s on the lot, Sarena put in the work and found me two RAV4’s. They had a choice. Sarena, Winston, her manager and the general manager-did their research and made it happen. I will be picking up my RAV4 at the end of the week. My payments are even a few dollars cheaper then my RAV that was totaled. I see why HENDRICKS TOYOTA OF APEX IS NUMBER 1. If only we could tell the story of today.
