I have had the best experience EVER with Ashley Kurtzman at Hendrick Toyota Apex. I purchase my car last November and it was a super stressful day for me, Ashley made the entire process so easy and helped at Hendrick Toyota Apex. She was so sweet and very knowledgeable about all of the different vehicle makes/models. I recently had to return for a repair to my bumper where someone had backed up and hit my car leaving a deep gouge and paint all scratched up. I did not have any type of coverage to pay for this, but I took it in and Ashley took a look at it, she lined me up with their paint/body person and it was fixed and looked brand new in just a couple of hours!!! I wasn't even charged and she was so helpful and kind throughout the process! I would definitely recommend Ashley if you are looking for a new car. She really knows her business! Thank you!!!! More
