Making appointment was easy and gave me a grave period of 15 min, as I was running late dure to traffic (had to travel 30 miles). Jake Crisso received me and showed great courtesy. He was professional and immediately put my car up on line for maintenance. He explained to me details of the maintenance the car is up for at 15000. Definitely my worst dealership experience ever! I drove 2 hours to look at a truck, test drive it and start to finalize the deal only to find out that the truck had been sold a day earlier!
