Service gotten much worse Ive purchased several cars from this dealership and service was good. Lately its become awful. Tried to make an appointment on line. After answering questions was told I would get a call back. Never did. Finally got an appointment and was told to wait with my car until an advisor came out, After 15 minutes I told one of the advisors I'll be in the waiting room. Still sitting here waiting. Service has gotten much worse in my opinion. More
Excellent, caring, timely service Had a great experience at Hendrick Toyota of Wilmington. Needed to get my car inspected immediately and needed a tire rotation and oil change. The service department was very helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure everything i needed to be aware of was brought to my attention. Thankfully they also caught that i needed new front brakes and my oil cap needed replacing because whoever put it on last had put it back in wrong and was causing a leak. Thanks to Hendrick Toyota i feel much safer driving now and will continue to use them for any car related needs in the future.. More
Lemon, Horrible Customer Service, Poor Service Department We purchased a 2019 Certified Toyota Tundra and within 90 days of owning, it has been in the dealership's service department 5+ times and taken to an We purchased a 2019 Certified Toyota Tundra and within 90 days of owning, it has been in the dealership's service department 5+ times and taken to an independent repair shop twice. TOW is just awful. Plain and simple. Their customer service is lacking on their best day, and they treat their customers horribly. And, their service department is inexperienced and does not know how to diagnose and completely repair issues. All the service department does is put band aids on the issues, because either they do not know how or they do not want to fix the real causes of the issues. It has been and continues to be a horrible experience. In addition, their management is rude, condescending and arrogant. They make excuses for their lackluster customer service and poor service department. Again, it has been and continues to be an awful experience, and no one within the Hendrick Group nor Toyota Corporate has been supportive to us the customers. More

Jared my sales consultant was so kind, courteous, patient and knowledgeable. My experience with manager Bobby, finance men Paul and Bruce, were a delightful experience. I would recommend buying a car from Hendrick Toyota again and again. And I have! Thanks, guys!! More

Drew Stevens, the Service Rep, greeted me; checked in the vehicle; showed me where the waiting room was located, including the coffee urn and the yummy cakes the dealership provides. My wait was brief and I was very satisfied with the work done. Plus, I received a free car wash. I highly recommend the service department at Hendrick, and the next time I go for my scheduled maintenance, I will request Mr. Stevens. More
2105 Highlander; Quick and thorough service. I had an early morning appointment scheduled for new tires and an oil change on my 2015 Highlander. I was taken promptly as soon as I arrived. I was I had an early morning appointment scheduled for new tires and an oil change on my 2015 Highlander. I was taken promptly as soon as I arrived. I was told it would take about 3 hours for the whole process. During the time I was waiting, I was informed that there were a couple of additional procedures that were due or coming up based on the nearly 80,000 miles on my vehicle. Since I was dropping a few bucks for the new rubber, I asked if any of those procedures were needed immediately or could they wait to be done during my next scheduled appointment. I was assured that they were not a safety issue and could wait. No attempt to upsell with a dire emergency type of push. Everything scheduled was done in a little over 2 hours and was on my way. Evan Biddle had communicated with me via e-mail prior to the whole process and continued to do so while I was present. Excellent service and I will obviously have the additional scheduled procedures done during my next visit. More
