I wish there was better communication! I reached out many times and it took many text messages to get a response. That may work for the majority of ppl (and I don't mind it) but a little, small conversation can go a long way! I am actually still waiting on communication for 2 work trucks, but feel as though I have to look at other fleet dealerships. I am unsure a this point. I think Nick is an extremly nice young man... But this sale in particular did not make me feel as special and comfortable as the 1st purchase I had w/ Henry Brown. My truck (recent purchase) was sent through a drive through washing and definetly not cleaned up. Not to mention there is a dent on my hood that I still need to get taken care of by Henry Brown. (I made Nick aware of this immediatly.) I love your service center. More
