Terrible service. Guaranteed a loaner two weeks in advance. Called the morning of my appt to say I would be 30 min late. Was told that my loaner wasn’t guaranteed anym Guaranteed a loaner two weeks in advance. Called the morning of my appt to say I would be 30 min late. Was told that my loaner wasn’t guaranteed anymore. I told them that I booked a loaner two weeks ago and I am letting them know that I am stuck in traffic. The man still was so rude and said “I get it but you still are not guaranteed a loaner anymore.” Had them do a quick oil change and declined the 10 unnecessary items that they wanted to sell me. They decided to return my car filthy to me without even a dealer wash. Horrible. More

Elmin Jonuz was there for me every step of the way! I couldn’t be happier with the service provided and the service manager’s knowledge of the cars themselves. Last week I was here to get service on my I couldn’t be happier with the service provided and the service manager’s knowledge of the cars themselves. Last week I was here to get service on my breaks and today I come back to get the new tires. Elmin was my service manager and he was absolutely wonderful and I could not be happier. My car is driving so smoothly now and I got everything that I wanted and hoped for. I recommend anyone to BMW of Sudbury and don’t forget to ask for Elmin Jonuz. More
