I recently got a full service check/oil change done on my 2016 X3. Ethan Blount was my service advisor who was professional from start to finish and made sure I was well informed of the status of my car. I n 2016 X3. Ethan Blount was my service advisor who was professional from start to finish and made sure I was well informed of the status of my car. I needed tires and brakes for my vehicle in which I was given the cost and time it would take to do such work up front. Everything was done as promised and for the quoted cost. I was pleased! I also asked and paid for a full detail on my car (and not just the complimentary wash) Although my vehicles interior was impeccably clean I was disappointed that the exterior of my car was washed but had several water spots on the body and windows of my car. I had to towel it down once I got home. I’ve had better exterior washes when it was complimentary verses paying for a full detail. Otherwise, I had an overall positive experience at BMW Sudbury Thank you. More
