SLOW service and NO COMMUNICATION! I dropped my X3M for a scheduled oil change at 10:30 am. Never heard a word back. Tried calling the service department every half hour until 5:30. No one answered, or returned my call when I left a message. Finally called main number and asked for general manager and was transferred several times until I got the service department, who told me extensive work was being done on my car, including a recall. WHAT?!?! “Oh”, they said, “wrong car. Yours should be done soon” SOON?!?!?! I dropped it off at 10:30 am for a scheduled oil change More

My wife and I needed to find a car quickly due to an accident she was in, so we were constrained by this situation. We live a couple of hours away from Sudbury and initially went into the dealership while in the area to check out BMWs. But after working with Jack, we were convinced that buying the vehicle with him was the right choice.
