My Review of Herb Chambers BMW:
My experience at Herb Chambers BMW of Boston, MA was extremely favorable. Already knowing which new car I wanted to lease (2010 5series), I was initially shopping BMW dealerships throughout MA/RI based on the best price/value. Herb Chambers ultimately gained my business by offering a pricing strategy that was more competitive than other BMW dealerships and was focused on getting the deal done. There were no sales gimmicks - just a vested interest to make the customer happy.

The staff was courteous, informative, and not pressuring. Specifically, when visiting the dealership I highly recommend that you request Ahmed as your sales agent. He is great when selecting a vehicle, negotiating a price, completing all necessary documentation, and delivering the final vehicle; essentially from start to finish in the purchase/lease process.

The Finance staff was also great and willing to work late (literally closed the dealership down) to take the appropriate time to answer all my questions – particularly around the terms and conditions of leasing.

Overall a great car, price, and experience –I highly recommend Herb Chambers Boston.

I had a REALLY great experience here at Herb Chambers in Boston. From the very minute I walked in, Rob and Paul treated me very well, and with a great sense of humor! They put together a deal I couldn't refuse, and helped me through every step of the way. I would HIGHLY recommend these this dealership, and especially Rob Gale. I just can't say enough about them, and how well they treated me. Two thumbs WAY up for em, and I am going to recommend them to everyone I know. My Review of Herb Chambers BMW:
I purchased my new 2009 BMW from Herb Chambers almost 3 weeks ago. During the purchase process, I dealt with Hadi Eslami and the sales manager Ken Ly. I found both of them extremely nice and pleasant to deal with. Hadi came across as a very friendly and genuine sales person, unlike some other sales people you might come across at other dealerships, who try to be too nice to you only because they want to sell something to you. The car buying process was simple and smooth and the after-sale follow up was great.

I would definitely buy my next car at Herb Chambers BMW as long as Hadi and Ken are there!!

My Review of Herb Chambers BMW:
Fantastic experience.

We bought a new 2010 X5 and it was a easy and pleasant experience. The dealer himself (Ahmed) was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He was also extremely responsive and I felt like he went out of his way to help out (calling us, keeping us informed about when the car was coming in, etc.) He also has a child and thus knows what will matter to us (we are expecting our first any day now).

He helped us figure out a few features that we might not have known were attractive (frankly I would not have gotten the BWM Keyless entry thing, but I love it now that I have it), but he did not push any of the silly feature sets. Thus I felt like he was giving us honest advice.

In the end, we love our car (at least the first 2 days we have had it), and we will go back to Ahmed and his dealership whenever we need a next car. I very highly recommend him.

I opted for European delivery. I was guided through the process by Kevin Bugbee and by the time the car was delivered, we became the best of friends. The personal care and attention to detail was awesome and this was certainly the best experience that I have had with buying a new car.

Informative, knowledgable, and very pleasant to work with in leasing my BMW. Kevin is a man of his word and offered me a deal I couldn't refuse. Would recommend him to anyone looking into getting a BMW. Love the 335xi and it truly is the "Ultimate driving machine".

This was the best car leasing experience ever. From the moment I walked in to the moment I drove off with my car, they treated me with respect and kindness. I would highly recommend this dealership. Rob Gale is a great salesperson and I would lease/buy all my cars from him. He is down to earth, personable, genuine, funny, and just a great guy! I never felt rushed into my decision and I really appreciated that. This was a great experience!

My Review of Herb Chambers BMW:
It's not very often that I will go out of my way to make a review or recommendation of anything these days. I just felt I should share my experience. I was leary of being able to afford a BMW, but went into Heb Chambers of Boston to see what they could do for me. Rob Gale was very attentive to my needs, and was able to get me into a beautiful pre-owned 325XI at a really great price and interest rate. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and answered all of my questions. He was great to work with and I would recommend anyone I know in the market for a BMW to go see him.

Kaif Thompson was extremely pleasant threw out my experience at Herb Chambers of Boston. He made me feel as if he was helping buy a car, rather than selling me a car. Plan on going back to Herb Chambers, everyone was wonderful there. Will be asking for Kaif again.

I would never go back there for my car service. After they service my BMW, the functions which were working before the service did not work. I went back to complain. They said that you can bring back the car for service, and it will cost you. This seems like the way they do business. They break something, they ask people to bring back the car, so they get more business.
